For my line of Black History Month chibis

Doug was an awesome cartoon that ran in the 90's (in America) that featured a bunch of colorful characters; the main character's best friend was actually turquoise and his bully was green! So technically speaking, I'm not even sure if Patti was black or not lol but I definitely identified with her when I was little So, enjoy her chibiness!!
